Twinverse continuity

Mycroft wakes up in the entry foyer of 221B, dusty but uninjured. Roughly a year has passed. This universe is a fully operational version of the one he left, including its own Mycroft. The double gets himself taken into custody to discuss the situation with the resident Holmes.
